About Acne FYI / About Me
As I explained on the home page, I have been a victim of acne for over 9 years. But, I finally figured out, by trial and error, that my acne is caused by allergic reactions to food and products containing either cinnamon or musk. Wow, who would have ever thought of that? I do, however, sometimes have problems with minor acne break outs during my monthly cycle. Some things just can't be avoided but at least I have won a major battle over my constant struggle with acne. My struggles prompted me to create this website so that I could share my story with other acne victims and hopefully help to put an end to their frustrations. I also wanted to bring together uncommon acne and skin care tips, related links and books, and other valuable information all in one place for easy access. Remember, always see a physician when experiencing any medical problem. The following items reflect my past and present.
